JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Archivist, you play a crucial role in managing our materials and making them searchable and secure.
With us, the archivist supports the company’s employees and consultants in their work with operational information and public documents to contribute to quality, efficiency, and compliance.
The role includes assisting in the release of public documents and supporting the organization in handling public documents correctly so that they can be archived or preserved. You will help catalog our analog collection of documents and support our information management team with standard archival tasks.
The position is a fixed-term employment from February 1, 2026, to May 31, 2026, located at our headquarters in Ulvsunda, Bromma.
Your main tasks will include:
- Ensuring that the company’s archive, routines, and methods regarding the archive comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Cataloging work
- Reporting the archive according to applicable principles for information reporting, including maintaining archive descriptions, classification structures, archive inventories, preservation lists, and information management plans/guidelines.
- Managing extractions from the archive and handling the release of public documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is willing to take on a shorter employment to gain experience. The tasks are suitable for those who want more junior archivist responsibilities. You need to be meticulous in your work and proactive in your self-leadership.
To meet the expectations for the role, we are looking for someone who has the following:
- University degree in archival and information science
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
